Help! I believe my order to be damaged, faulty or incorrect...

So we f#*ked up your order?

In the very rare instance that your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, you have rights! / We just ask you shoot us a quick email to with:

  • a photo of the product

  • a description of your concern + we'll look after you - ER Xx


In your email, attach a photograph of the concern you have, + let us know any of the following options:

1. My item arrived damaged

2. My item is not as described

3. The wrong item/s were sent

4. An item from my order was missing

WE'LL RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS - we know it's super disappointing when an order you were awaiting  doesn't arrive as anticipated, but rest assured, we get it + we want to fix it for you / We appreciate you kindness + understanding as we sort out your issue! handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
