In your email, attach a photograph of the concern you have, + let us know any of the following options:
1. My item arrived damaged
2. My item is not as described
3. The wrong item/s were sent
4. An item from my order was missing
WE'LL RESPOND WITHIN 24 HOURS - we know it's super disappointing when an order you were awaiting doesn't arrive as anticipated, but rest assured, we get it + we want to fix it for you / We appreciate you kindness + understanding as we sort out your issue!
