Mulādhāra energy is the base or foundational energy on which all the other chakras rest upon. When strong, we feel sure footed, grounded + connected to our physical bodies, the earth, nature + our surroundings. When weak, this energy can manifest as feeling ungrounded, fearful, unsafe, mistrusting + on alert.
